Welcome to i+solutions.

We are a young not-for-profit organisation that helps to provide better access to high quality health care in developing countries.
Our organisation has developed rapidly since it was first set up and at this point our old name no longer reflects the full extent of our activities. So we have changed our name to i+solutions. The ‘i’ stands for innovative, integrated approach and information technology, and the ‘+’ stands for added value, better service and value for money.

While continuing to deliver the high standards of service that you have come to expect from us, we look forward to building on what we have achieved as we continue to collaborate with you as i+solutions.
With the new name we also introduce a new logo and and a new website.

i+solutions provides training on all major issues related to the management of pharmaceutical supplies. Our goal is to help strengthen local knowledge so that current and future essential drug programs can be implemented more efficiently, safely, and cost effectively.

For over 10 years, we have experience in developing and executing trainings, in close collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and other partners. Our curriculum covers a broad spectrum of topics and includes for example Monitoring & Evaluation and Management of Artemisin-based Combination Therapies. The scope of trainings offered is broadening each year, closely following new trends and developments in the field.

Procurement & Supply Services
Bringing essential medicines to the most urgent locations and patients poses a series of challenges. Products must be procured at the best price, and must be delivered in good condition. Local knowledge must be available for effective deliveries. Necessary procedures, facilities, and systems have to be in place. These must be implemented correctly to achieve efficiency and quality control.

i+solutions faces these challenges together with our clients by delivering PSA services for pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment. We offer:

  • Procurement support: advice on quantification, forecasting and requirement planning, procurement, distribution, and evaluation
  • Procurement services: comprehensive services based on the use of modern (IT) tools and methods to reach favorable contract conditions and achieve transparency.
  • Project design and implementation: improvements in national pharmaceutical supply chain management, in particular for HIV/aids, food and RH programs.
  • Logistical support: active support and input to ensure that products do arrive in good condition
at the desired location of use.

i+solutions management has more than thirty years’ experience in building procurement knowledge and capacity, and in managing the storage and distribution of medical supplies and equipment with assured quality.
