The Team

As Supply Chain Admin (SCA) you will be working closely with three other SCAs and interns. You will be part of a bigger team of Supply Chain Specialists counting 20+ people from different cultural background, and we are growing!

The Position
The Supply Chain Admin (SCA) will report to the Supply Chain Managers and will support the Supply Chain Services Team to ensure smooth execution of the daily operational tasks. The SCAS will also contribute to the accuracy and correctness of the data, as well as helping the Supply Chain Specialist for ad-hoc of administrative requests.

 Main Responsibilities

A- Order and shipment management:

  • Issuing and tracking the status of purchase orders
  • Checking shipping documents
  • Creating shipments and updating milestones in the ERP system accordingly

B- Administrative tasks and data management:

  • Saving and archiving emails and documents
  • Taking care of the weekly/ monthly reports
  • Data management
  • Any other relevant admin tasks on a need basis

The Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or in related discipline is an advantage but not a must
  • 2+ years experience in similar admin roles
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
  • Self-driven with a high sense of quality, accuracy, efficiency and meeting tight deadlines
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Flexibility and an ability to collaborate well with others
  • Fluency in oral and written English is a must other languages like French or Spanish are a plus
  • Experience with any ERP system or procurement/supply chain management software
  • Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands
