Catering services should be organized for 15 persons for 2 business days /event 1/ in 10 and 11 of November and 2 business days /event 2/ for 16 and 17 of November.

Event will take place in mentioned date from 9:00-18:00. Address: Independencii 6/2, Chisinau, Moldova.

 EVALUATION AND APPLICATION

 At least 3 quotations should be received, low price.

  • The following types of quotations with the indication of groups of similar services may be considered:

– invoices bearing the signature of a responsible person and the seal of an organization/ individual entrepreneur (if any);

– official letters of reply from organizations participating in local procurement with full information about the or services with the signature of a responsible person and the seal of an organization/ individual entrepreneur (if any);

– price lists from suppliers with full information about the service  with the signature of a responsible person and the seal of an organization/ individual entrepreneur (if any).

  • The quotations shall be accompanied by a complete set of documents confirming the legal status of the supplier.
  • Email address and/or the business address of the organization to send offers: hsayadyan@iplussolutions.org;

Timing of consideration and approval of the successful offers, as well as timing of notification of the successful suppliers: within 2 (two) business days after the expiration of the deadline for submission of offers.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment: payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of services provided.
