UPDATED – Launch of Restricted Invitation to Bid rITB‑Iplus/GDF‑DIAG/2026/1/UPDXR – Amendment 1

The Stop TB Partnership/Global Drug Facility (GDF) has issued Amendment 1 to the Restricted Invitation to Bid rITB‑Iplus/GDF‑DIAG/2026/1/UPDXR.

The amendment extends the deadline for submission of Technical and Financial Bids to 20 February 2026 at 17h00 CET and updates the timeline accordingly.

Bidders are requested to download and review the full Amendment 1 document for complete revised deadlines.

30 January 2026 – The Stop TB Partnership/Global Drug Facility (GDF), in collaboration with its contracted procurement agent i+solutions, invites preselected suppliers to participate in this Restricted Invitation to Bid (rITB). 

This tender covers Ultraportable Digital X-Ray Kits (including safety accessories), together with Services, and Radiation Safety/Monitoring Devices

DIAGNOSTICS, MEDICAL DEVICES AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES PROCUREMENT NOTICES:

22 December 2025 – Woerden, The Netherlands – The Stop TB Partnership/Global Drug Facility (GDF), jointly with its contracted procurement agent i+solutions, invites you to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the preselection of suppliers for Ultraportable Digital X-Ray Kits (including safety accessories) together with Services and Radiation Safety/Monitoring Devices.

EOI Details:

Scope of the EOI: The EOI is divided into two lots:

  • Lot 1: Ultraportable Digital X-Ray Kit (system with safety accessories) together with Services.
  • Lot 2: Radiation Safety and Monitoring Device – Personal Electronic Dosimeter.

Purpose: The goal is to preselect eligible and qualified suppliers whose Products and/or Services meet GDF’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Technical Specification requirements. Preselected suppliers will be invited to participate in future Restricted Invitations to Bid (ITBs). Success in these ITBs may lead to a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with GDF/i+solutions and official inclusion in the GDF catalog.

  3. Upload your complete dossier as soon as it is ready. Ensure that all mandatory forms listed in Section II – Dossier Submission Documentation are included

Important Information – New

The Stop TB Partnership / Global Drug Facility (GDF), jointly with its contracted procurement agent i+solutions, intends to launch a restricted Invitation to Bid (ITB) on 30 January 2026 for eligible suppliers of Ultraportable Digital X-Ray Kits (including safety accessories) and associated services and radiation safety/monitoring devices.

Participation in this restricted ITB will be limited to suppliers of the above-mentioned products who are eligible under EOI-Iplus/GDF-DIAG/2025/01/UPDXR, in accordance with Section I – Schedule of Requirements, Point 1.2.3 (Future Engagement).

Suppliers of Ultraportable Digital X-Ray Kits (including safety accessories), together with associated services and radiation safety/monitoring devices, who wish to participate in the upcoming restricted ITB and who are not yet eligible, are encouraged to submit their dossiers under the above-referenced Expression of Interest (EOI) as soon as possible to allow for confirmation of eligibility for the ITB to be launched on 30 January 2026. The EOI will remain open and suppliers can continue to submit their dossiers in anticipation of potential future restricted ITBs.
