Safety information:

  • Read and follow the instructions for use carefully before using the product.
  • The product must only be used by a physician with adequate skills in the use of the product.
  • Before use, the products must be inspected for damages (cracks, breakage, etc.), according to chapter “Functional check”.
  • The product serves to temporarily secure the airway. If possible it must be replaced by a permanent airway. Maximum recommended period of application: 4 hours.
  • Avoid damage to the cuff of the tracheal tube by sharp-edged objects.
  • Tracheal tube and extension tubing are suitable for conducting oxygen and air.
  • Only tracheal tube, syringe, extension tubing and neck tape do not contain any ferromagnetic materials.
  • The product is for single use and must not be reprocessed. Reprocessing influences the function of the product. Any reuse involves the potential risk for cross contamination.
  • The product is sterile (ethylene oxide). The product must not be used if the packaging is damaged or the shelf life has elapsed.
