Role description:

As QA Manager at senior level, you will be reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance and Risk Management. Next to being responsible for Internal/External Audits, your position will also entail responsibility for Audit management, planning and contact with auditors and verify Regulation and Standard updates.

In doing so you need to collaborate with other departments in order to align QA and company goals. As we are a relatively small and purpose driven organization your role is broad and touches several organizational areas from a quality assurance perspective. In this role you help the access to medicine to all that are in need of them through ensuring a continuous supply of good quality medicine. i+solutions is a GDP and ISO9001: 2015 certified organization. Due to the expansion of our activities, we are currently looking for a new colleague.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Internal/External Audits, policy and procedures and ensures that all processes are audited according to the defined periods
Providing Audit reports in time manner
Audit management (ISO, MQAS and GDP), planning and contact with auditors
Inspect Recalls and Warning letters on impact on organization
Verify Regulation and Standard updates
Management of Quality Agreements with the clients
Management of CAPA system
Subject Matter Expert for Audits
Continuous Improvements of Audits process
Provide customer satisfaction survey support
Support the team with daily operations activities

Qualifications

Academic working and thinking level
10+ years background in a QA role within Life Science environment
10+ years of experience with GDP, MQAS and preferable GMP standards/certification
10+ years of experience of Internal/External audits
Thorough knowledge of ISO standards 9001, and preferably knowledge of 14644 and 17137, ISO13485 is an advantage
Knowledge / experience with met MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Dutch and English language proficiency at a professional level, other languages are appreciated
